Annemarie Lucania has enjoyed a 30-year professional dance career. She trained at the American Ballet Theatre (ABT) school and later spent eight years on scholarship at the School of American Ballet (SAB).

She has performed as a principal dancer with numerous ballet companies, touring extensively across the United States and internationally, including multiplel tours to Taiwan and Japan.

Her career included performing on Broadway in Phantom of the Opera and twenty years as a principal dancer with The Metropolitan Opera. Throughout her career, she has been a steady and respected presence in the New York performing arts scene, bridging the worlds of musical theater, classical ballet, and grand opera.

Following her retirement, Annemarie began coaching dancers which ultimately inspired her to support performers more comprehensively—understanding both their nutritional needs and the unique mental and emotional demands of their careers.

Today, she empowers not only active stage performers, but also retired performers, and individuals seeking to enhance their performance in all aspects of life.

Annemarie earned a Master in Nutrition under the renowned expert Keri Glassman MS, RD, CDN, through Nutritious Life and achieved board certification with the American Academy of Drugless Practitioners as a Holistic Health Practioner.

She is a Clarity Catalyst Coach, a coaching methodology grounded in the Stanford University coaching methodologies.

Perform Fit Nutrition, LLC focuses on a holistic and integrative approach to nutrition while concentrating on intuitive eating and lifestyle modifications.

Annemarie collaborates with other healthcare professionals and consults weekly with a network of other nutritionists and dietitians nationwide ensuring that her clients receive the most current and effective strategies in wellness and nutrition.
